Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. A block of single/double occupancy rooms will be available at a special group rate of $109.00/night (plus tax) at:

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms at the group rate will be held for the Beacon Conference attendees until the "cut-off date" of May 16, 2012. The Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel may accept reservations after May 16, 2012, BUT this will be on a space-available and rate-available basis only. The conference block may be sold out prior to the cut-off date, so please book early.

• Shuttle service to and from Westchester Community College on June 1, 2012 (shuttle schedule to be announced)
