The Beacon Conference contact person for the hotels is Donna (610-954-5007). For reservations, call the hotels directly. To receive the special group rate, attendees must request a room under the Northampton Community College Rate.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms at the group rate will be held for the Beacon Conference attendees until the "cut-off date" of May 30th. The hotels may accept reservations after this date, BUT this will be on a space-available and rate-available basis only. The conference block may be sold out prior to the cut-off date, so please book early.

The room rate includes:

• Use of the indoor swimming pool and fitness center (at Hampton Inn)
• Complimentary hot breakfast
• Complimentary wireless Internet service
